Refund Policy

Mock tests and study material are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Once a mock has been started, or a study material document has been opened for viewing, that purchase is final and non-refundable.

Paid mock packs remain valid through the exam-cycle window shown on the exam's page at the time of purchase. If you believe you were charged in error, or a purchase failed to unlock despite a successful payment, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
